Join a small community of ten womxn in sharing in—

energy + ritual + reflection + nature + creativity + nourishment + sisterhood

Soulshine Spring Retreat

Create authentic connection with other women through guided discussion, hang time around a fire or on the couch in your yoga pants, and a variety of activities that cut through the small talk and get down to the real shit: The place where healing happens.

slow down + ground

Reconnect with your body, ground through yoga, meditation, loving self care, and connecting with nature.

Art is healing (as well as super fun). It can help us find new ways of relating to ourselves and our stories, and for seeing beauty in all parts of ourselves.

Healing happens in the physical and energetic body. We will honor all parts of our being through chakra work, energetic healing practices, and a ceremony of calling our power back to us.
