Mindful Practices for a Magical Life
The good news: You are already connected to everything you need to live a magical life. The better news: All you have to do is recognize and appreciate these connections to tap into higher guidance, intuition, and magick.
In this workshop, we will discuss how to connect with the divine/universe/magick/flow in every day living, through a variety of mindful practices and meditations. We will practice reading and molding our energy, introduce simple daily rituals and habits, and easy to use tools to bring more magick into your life.
There will be an emphasis on meditation and mindfulness, (including some moving meditation, so please dress comfortably). You will take home practical tools and how-tos to build a personalized mindful magick practice.
About the teacher: Melisa is a 200 RYT yoga teacher, and a former Mindfulness Education Instructor. She has used mindfulness tools to help her through major trauma, anxiety, and depression, and now integrates mindfulness based approaches with her spiritual and magickal practices.
