A debut full-length poetry collection from Sarah Lyn Rogers rewriting girlhood and summoning mischief

Sarah Lyn Rogers’s debut full-length collection is a tragicomic exploration of codependent and transactional relationships: economies of shame, gifts as debts, businesses run like families, and families run like businesses. What transgressions and abuses do we believe are acceptable fees for safety or love, and who upholds these myths? The poems in Cosmic Tantrum examine how our most intimate relationships shape the way we move through the wider world—and what happens when we reject the stories we’ve inherited about our worth.

What is your return policy?

Items in new condition may be returned for refund or store credit up to 30 days from purchase, with receipt and original method of payment. If item is defective or broken upon arrival, please contact us for a replacement or refund at hello@theninthhouseshop.com. For health and safety reasons, all earrings are final sale, no returns permitted.

Workshop and event tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled event time. If you are unable to make an event, please email us at hello@theninthhouseshop.com. If there is a waitlist, we may be able to transfer the spot to them with at least 48 hours notice and offer you a refund. You are also able to sell or gift your workshop or event ticket to someone else, but please let us know so we know who to expect!
